bridging.fund is a trading style of Funding Developers Ltd (Company No. 09221311). We arrange unregulated commercial bridging finance secured against property that is not the borrower's primary residence. We are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

We only collect information that is necessary to assess your finance requirements and provide our service.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is anonymous and cookieless — it does not set cookies on your device, does not store your IP address, and does not fingerprint your browser. Strictly necessary session cookies are used only where the site functionally requires them (for example, to preserve your form input across a refresh).

We do not use retargeting.

We protect your data through encrypted transmission (SSL/TLS), secure storage, and access limited to authorised staff only. We regularly review our security measures to ensure they remain appropriate.
