bridging.fund was founded on a simple observation: too many property developers and investors were being let down by brokers who couldn't structure complex deals — and didn't have the right funding relationships to get them across the line. They'd send the same application to a handful of familiar lenders, hope for the best, and wonder why the answer kept coming back no — or worse, came back at eye-watering costs.

We built this business to do the opposite — to understand the deal first, then place it with the right lender from a panel of 250+ sources, including private funds and international capital with a genuine appetite to lend on competitive terms.

Based in the Northwest but operating across England and Wales, we've arranged finance for everything from £250k land purchases to £25m commercial developments. We don't chase volume and we don't spray your deal across 50 lenders hoping one sticks. Every deal is presented to the right lender, in the right format, at the right time.
